Hi, I’m Jack — founder of South London PT, Dad to Temi and Ife, and someone who knows what it’s like to hit burnout.
Before coaching, I worked as a gold mining geologist in the Australian outback, then as an engineering geologist in the UK construction industry. From the outside, things looked solid — good job, decent salary, ticking the boxes.
But underneath it all, I was exhausted, unfulfilled, and completely disconnected from my health and fitness.
I’d gone from being active and athletic to inconsistent workout, poor eating habits, and feeling like I was just trying to survive the week. My energy was shot and I was very unhappy.
Something had to change.
5 years ago, I transitioned into the fitness industry with one goal: to build a system that actually works for busy, high-performing parents.
One that cuts the fluff.
One that fits into demanding schedules.
One that delivers a high ROI — not just in how you look, but in how you lead, live, and feel.
